Overweight cats

When we think of ‘malnutrition’ we immediately associate this word to not feeding our pets enough: ‘malnutrition’, though, means not feeding our pets ‘right’. There are many overweight pets and cats in the UK, and this is also a form of malnutrition. It stems, of course, from the desire to provide for and shelter pets; feeding is a form of care. Overfeeding, though, can have tragic consequences and cause serious health problems.

I have found some interesting reading on the subject, which hopefully will clarify what it means to feed our cat correctly 🙂 I hope you will find the links informative!
